firstly on sat 27th Feb 2010 is the Tribute to Alexander McQueen,it's really sad to see someone so talented passed away..
the fashion show is a tribute to him with my own collection...hope u guys do come and support!

on the 28th Feb 2010 is a Charity Fashion extravaganza from up and coming designers as well as Smocked dresses from Persatuan Daybreak by disabled citizens.

Time Running Out!

here goes my emotions where i just want to blab it all out here,
been really crazy weeks that i have lately,from customers order to birthday parties attend to functions to go,to events that i have to show face,to house chores that i was assign to do,to college assignments that i really have to finish up before i leave!well...myb...still deciding..if financial approve successfully..*AMEN*

well Chinese New Year is coming,and its only less then a week from now..
i really have to get my butt moving,to finish up my course assignments,garments to do,exams to take..
i've been posting up this debate on should i go Paris/Bangkok.
of course alot of my friends said Paris is the best choice,but then it's so freaking expensive due to the exchange rate of euro times 5 there,my diva Jihan said i have to be financially stable to at list have a decent meal there...outside i mean,i think have to start learning how to cook simple meals for myself..
well...deep down inside of me screaming wanting to go PARIS!!
come on,it's a FASHION capitol right!?!
on the other hand,
for Bangkok,its much cheaper,its more colourfull in everyway,and fashion design there is not bad at all too.....
i have till around may/june to decide,but then to think of it,I have high chances i'll go to PARIS!!Diva Jihan watch out,cos the DIVO J will be coming to kick your ARS*!

currently starting up my freelance job with my business partner Leeza Foo,she is a hell one stylish girl i can say,some fashion tips i dont even know that can i get it from her!

ok,back to reality,off to Beijing China in a couple of days...from summer Malaysia to Winter cold Beijing,its alry minus* and i heard this year will be super cold....darm,i hope i can handle it,i alry took my flu-jab a week ago..

guess what,my phone has been so good to me for the pass 2years,i guess phone dont have a long life...i realise the screen started to loose its colour and clearity...so i thought it was just some error cos it only happens onces in a while..
then like a few weeks later,it totally died....tried to on back but the screen is just turn white and off and on like few seconds..sadly i have to use my sis old phone..but its still Sony walkman phone,thank god cos then i can still hear my music during my trips to college and back..
i do miss my phone!!
but come to thought,now i can ask for a new phone cos am turning 21 in year 2010!!(not really proud turning 21,it seems that age is catching up,i wanna live forever 20!!!!)
well,god does hear my deep down heart desire,
haha....okok,here the story..
wen mariah had her new album out,i told myself,i dont really have the cash to buy her new album....i was just waiting for some1 to buy me 1
then at that time when MC album released in singapore,my sis was also in singapore holidaying with her BF,so told her to buy me and she did,TQ!!
totally fell in love with her new album....
then a few weeks later.....red.fm was giving out MIMI album,i didnt intend to sms in to win the cd,but another fren of mine,MIMI fan too,told me to give a try...i did...and i WON a copy of MC cd...another JOYFULL moment!!yeh...
then comes,Zouk Mariah Carey album launch party!!it was so last min decision that i forced myself to go cos i told myself i dont want to miss out MC event!
there was this contest where who pose the best pose with MC poster and win a bottle of her latest fragrance,then when entering into the club,i pose my best pose ever with MC then didnt even think of winning....
while i was inside,partying with friends...suddenly this lady...came up to me and said she was looking for me,and brought me out to the main entrance,she told me i won the MC new fragrance Forever,i was soooo HAPPY fill with joy..it pays to be a MC lamb guys!!
one of my happiest night ever!!

the year where my DIVA Jihan left for Paris to futher her studies...well..to say i control my tears of true friendship when we send her off at KLIA,we still miss you dear very much!!

Jovian the designer,we meet at Rootz after party from YODA fashion show night!!
it was a AWESOME night,it was something out of the odinary as u can see,i did dress up for the Fashion Show,and guess wht,i got the Fierce Award from YODA!!am so HAPPY!!some ppl may thinks its too over for a guy,but i think its FASHION!!so SHU***UP**...haha

Mariah Carey returns to the music scene this week with her 12th studio album, Memoirs of an imperfect Angel, an album that does not reflect the apparent bliss she has been trumpeting for the past year.

Need I mention it one more time? She has only been flaunting her marriage to the world over the last year and unless you took up residence in a cave, you would know Mariah married Nick Cannon, who is 11 years her junior, in May last year.

Since then, Nick has seen his status escalate to new heights with choice roles as the new chairman of TeenNick (formerly known as Nickelodeon), hosting President Barack Obama’s Neighborhood Inaugural Ball and hosting the fourth season of America’s Got Talent, to name just a few gigs he scored since marrying Mariah.

Mariah has brought him to almost all her public appearances and it has been a kitschy "public display of affection" cringe-fest where she is constantly seen bringing him onstage, leaning into him, talking about him, tackily hugging and kissing him and basically feeding the hungry cameras.

So it is a surprise that Memoirs of an imperfect Angel is not a sugary sweet extension of her current state of euphoric happiness. What a relief that is! Imagine if it was an album full of more “I love Nick Cannon, I am so happy, sex with Nick is so good, I’m in love, yeay me!” narcissistic and plastic taunts, she would completely lose her fan base.

It was slightly more than a year ago that she released E=MC2 with much fanfare and promotion. From this album spawned her 18th Billboard Hot 100 No.1 Touch My Body and a No. 1 spot on the U.S. Billboard 200 Album Chart selling an impressive 463,000 copies of the album in her first week alone.

E=MC2 would have scored Mariah more No.1s as it was an album made to succeed, riding on the waves of The Emancipation of Mimi, released in 2005, with track after track of radio-friendly hits that had "longevity" and "winner" written all over them. However, she abandoned the project right at the start and left it to fade away. Even though her team tried to revive the album and promotion later on in the year it was too late. Damage was done and it is no wonder that Memoirs of an imperfect Angel was released so soon after.

On the first listen, you may feel like Memoirs of an imperfect Angel is boring, bland and that the songs sound very similar to one another. On the second listen, it may start to depress you because it lacks the energetic vibe that The Emancipation of Mimi and E=MC2 had.

The third time is the charm and when you listen to it one more time to give the album a chance, it dawns on you that this is not an ordinary album. It is not just an album full of manufactured formulated chart-toppers but is Mariah telling a story and is meant to be treated like what the title suggests – a memoir.

Memoirs of an imperfect Angel is anything but a happy blissful album. There is only one song, The Impossible, that Mariah says is dedicated to her husband Nick.

Everything else is about an ex-lover(s), someone who broke her heart and hurt her so bad that she is still reeling from the after-effects of that relationship.

The album has a cohesive structure and the songs are interconnected through lyrics and rhythm and are inter-related, almost as if she is speaking to one person in particular.

It is brave that Mariah Carey took this direction for her new album because it really has a story to tell, from being hurt by a lover who cheated, to being angry, to reminiscing, to feelings of remorse, to discovering redemptive love, pining for a lost love and finally maybe, accepting that one relationship has ended and a new, refreshing and real love has taken over.

How many albums can you truly think of that incorporate lyrical storytelling from start to finish? It is a big risk because of the advent of iTunes where people place their importance on singles rather than albums and the music industry is constantly churning out hits in order to grab the attention of the marketplace.

Mariah has always had a knack for creating listenable, likeable and memorable hits as is evident from her repertoire and reputation as a current mainstream music artist even after 20 years in the industry.

The new single and end track of her album is a pop ballad flavored cover of Foreigners’ I Wanna Know What Love Is and will be a clear favorite among Adult Contemporary listeners. It may attract the younger ones to rediscover this amazing gospel-infused song that topped the charts 25 years ago. The song provides some of Mariah’s trademark nerve-tingling, earth shattering high notes.

Let us not forget the radio-friendly track Obsessed with its catchy hook and chorus that can be sung to anybody whom you think is slightly delusional and crazy.

There is a raw passion and sentiment flowing throughout the album and her vocals are tinged with emotion; it is obvious right at the start with her opening track, Betcha Gon’ Know. The intensity is breathtaking and sets the tone for the rest of the album.

The catchier tracks like Candy Bling, Standing O, Up Out My Face and It’s a Wrap are disguised as upbeat songs but are actually songs where she is lashing out at this said ex-lover who had hurt her and you can really hear the pain and regret she goes through in these songs.

On closer reflection, each song is like an entry in a diary and it almost feels like a movie in audio format. What distinguishes Memoirs of an imperfect Angel from her previous two albums is it hardly has any airy, danceable songs. There is nothing on this album that screams "party track" except perhaps Obsessed, and she has already released that as her first single.

Also if you are wondering if there are any Mariah Carey-esque styled ballads on this album like We Belong Together and Don’t Forget About Us, her 16th and 17th Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles respectively, then you will be sorely disappointed.

Angels Cry is probably the closest you will find on her new offering yet it feels like an uninspired forgettable younger sibling of her famed No. 1s.

Languishing (the interlude) can be considered one of the most outstanding off Memoirs of an imperfect Angel. It channels some of Mariah’s most reflective moments from previous albums like Looking In from Daydream.

Technically, the album has been well-produced with Mariah, C. "Tricky" Stewart and "The Dream" Nash layering the tracks well to create a rare gem of an album.

Ultimately, it is so interlaced with grief and sorrow that it makes you wonder why she has released her most painful and reflective album to date at the height of her apparent happiness. Nonetheless, it is Mariah at her best and you can tell she put her soul into it. If you want a frank portrayal of the superstar, look no further than this effort.

Memories that will never be forgotten

oh dear,it seems that age is catching up for everyone..
this year,this month,this day, 21.09.1986 that my older sister was born..

am really bad at writing like a long story,so I'll keep it short and sweet ya!

my sister and i have been tru so much in this wonderfull family,being raised in a chinese family is doubt harder,in a sense where we are pushed to study hard,get good results,and grow up being rich..
oh well...to say my sister being a sister",even though we fight,argue,getting crazy over each other for doing stuff that we each do not like..
i can still remember playing princesses" with my sister when i was young,taking our blankets to have like really long skirts fooling around like royalty...it was HILARIOUS to think of it,but i did had loads of fun back those days...thats what made me to be a FASHION designer...haha

with my sister who always keep negging about my wrong doings/lack of smartness'' sometimes do get on my nerve,but then with her negging and all,it does makes me the person who I am now...a BETTER person!!

oh well.....i have told myself not to sleep after 12am,cos getting not enough sleep do affect my daily activities...and plus on that my face will look better and not tht red the next day...acne lessen...
so for the pass few weeks....no...pass few months...nono...pass few years....my dad has always been bugging me to slp early and not on9 too late,he has his reason...and finally i realised tht its good for my overall being....
TQ dad,sometimes i dont understand wht ur trying to say to me or putting all those rules against me,but i think its a learning process for growing up and to be an adult..

IFTC-Internasional Fashion Training Centre Fashion Show '09!
well,we've waited months for this fashion show to arrive...and finally it did,all our hard work didnt go to waste!
day started out fine,the nite before fashion show was so busy doing the finishing touches on my dresses till 4.30am(life as a designer)
got my hair done at SNIPS,then off to stage at 6.30pm..
learn our walks and the show begins...hearts were pumping faster n faster.....backstage was busy...everyone was shouting and yelling to get things ready asap(fashion show backstage on TV/Movies)
i was the 3rd from the last to parade my gowns....
everyone was so excited.....i was JUMPING for JOY wen it was my turn,so walk on stage,i was suprised to such a good crowd response..they were cheering for me,hearing my name being called.....my feeling are all MIXED up,HAPPY-JOYFUL-EXCITED-BLUR-NERVOUS...haha..
then my cousin came to pass me the flowers that she brought,TQTQTQ
and even my little sis came after tht....haha....*i felt on top of the world at that moment*
i requested for Mariah Carey-Touch My Body,and the DJ have it...i was YEH....cool cool...play tht wen i'm on stage and he did!!so to say everything wen on well....LOVE IT LOVE IT.....
the best thing is seeing my parents there to support me and how proud they are while i was on stage!! Never enough THK you mom and dad for making my dreams come true....and to my sister's too....TQ!!lov u guys always...
last but not list,THK you to the lord almighty above,JESUS Christ,for making everything came true.....!!

its been days now,still not have any idea on what should i blog about!
there is plenty to be done but too lazy to get it started..
what should i do..

assignments-shoe and bag...its the third week,supposed to hand in week 2!but everyone also still doing it...
but i'm almost done!
designing is hard....u have to really think out of the box to create something new and never seen before!

last nite was another hanging out session with buddies,dance till the wee hours!!it was a last minute decision after having dinner...didnt intend to go...but overall,i give it a tumbs up,cos they played 2 Mariah songs...

one of those days where i had to wait for my sis till she off work in parkson,cos i took the ktm home,then while waiting,i was listening to my earphones(songs from phone)
then this lion dance drums beat started playing really loud,so went there,ke po chi abit
but didnt get any orange from the lion,
me and jamie bump into the lion dance performance to last year...guess they do it every year during CNY!!

yeh,i rmb this,its so relaxing and ticklish too,located in Pavilion level 5(near cinema,GSC)its in the Fish Spa.
feet massage is known to be good for your whole body!!

they are the cheekist people on this earth,gosh..i just LOVE them!!

the colour changes once in a while!warm water...it was so niceeeeeee!

SORI jihan!!!!i just got to post this,it look so CUTE on you!haha..

it was Chap Goh Mei,dad got like 2 long firecracker to burn,the first one burn on the eve of CNY!
it made really hell loud "pop"!!

my family and aunty karen with her partner,uncle gary had dim sum for branch!
its at the SS15 area,TaiTong group

the lion dance group came and perform..
i actually get to touch the gold lion when it came to my table!!
so all the best in 2009!!

after dinner we went to a place called "Jetty"
its a long bridge out to the sea shore,it was windy and what a nice place to chill and relax after dinner!

Family gathering,as usual....makan makan and all,we had portugese seafood!

it was Jihan Big Night!i hope she had fun,i know we all did!

he dont even tell me properly...explain why and talks things out whether just wanna HIT me!do u think that way of HITTING me will help!gosh..it makes things worst...i hate you even more!
and his tone while he talks to me...is totally not the normal tone wen u talk to some1,its like he is scolding you in a very angry way!

since donno wen my father been hitting me with all sorts or form...
there is the worst where he even took his belt give a full hard swing towards me...it hurts like shit!!
there is so many incident where he hit me i still can rmb so clearly in my mind...i will never forget!!its like hidden scars that only me myself carry each day inside of me!

my father dont care how i feel...he dont even know wht is my needs!
he is too bz out there working donno wht and comes back late....so do u think my dad know who i am when he dont even spent quality time with his own family!!
even on wkends he is bz working or out with his frens...that wht i was told by my mom..
all the excuses.....even wen he had done the BIG wrong and hurting my mom feelings!
and i heard its not even the first time,second time!

Stupid "Crisp-N-Clean" dry cleaning shop in Taipan!
it has ruin my Long trench coat that I made for myself!err....i'm so ANGRY @ them!

ok this how the story goes..

i've send in my coat on friday 12/8/08
then i reminded the girl there to iron and wash all those stains out from my coat,she happily said she will write that down and tell her stuff...
oh well....then i left thinking my coat is in good hands..

so on the tuesday 16/8/08,the day i'am supposed to pick it up!
so happily thinking that my coat is already dry clean n looks freshly iron....mana tahu/didnt know that it turn out horrible,ALL-i tell u-A.L.L. my button's are gone-GONE!!
i was freaking MAD and PISSED!!gosh...all my hard work and the button's ALL gone!!
i speak to the manager on the phone cos looking at the stuff with their "blur out face",they seems to dont know wht is happening either....
the manager seems to be very calm where i on the other line raising my voise demanding for an explanation...but the manager seems to hav no clue either wht had happened...eish.....
i didnt take my coat....i said "I WILL NOT BLOODY HELL PAY FOR THE DRY CLEANING!!"
the manager said he will drop by and look @my coat on wht had actually gone wrong with it...and call me to settle this out....but untill now there is no reply!
i'm giving him untill tmr evening....if he still havnt call me....his ARSS* will be on fire!!
and i bought those button's like crazy expensive....
arh......
anyway....i hope "Crisp-N-Clean" will pay for the damage that they have cost upon my coat!!

Sat nite partying with frens in Oblique!

oh well peps....i've been practically bzbzbz...with hse chores...going out with some1special(HS*muaks*)with assignments....with dresses....with up coming fashion show...yes...i hav a fashion show coming,date is not confirm yet,but will let u guys know once its confirm....cant wait!!
